Nigel Guy - Managing Director
As the operational head of Firebird Homes, Nigel’s chief role is to seek out new business opportunities, forging partnerships with developer’s funders and various stakeholders to provide much needed homes. He is part of MHA’s senior management team giving strategic support and advice to fulfil the business plans. Nigel has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and is passionate about good design quality standards enhancing people’s lives.
Sean Kelly - Development & Procurement Manager
Sean's essential role is to innovate & progress developments on challenging sites from the early stages through to their completion. He has the responsibility for creating robust design specifications and working very closely with MHA’s housing management’s growing requirements. Sean’s vast technical knowledge & good understanding of building contracts, makes him well placed to lead various multi-disciplinary design & construction teams to ensure efficiency is achieved in delivering sustainable homes.
Tracie Naylor - Development Support Officer
Tracie’s central role is to assist the team with its many duties. She has the responsibility to make certain that effective administrative procedures are maintained and one of her many obligations is to monitor a register of qualified consultants & contractors to deliver the schemes on behalf of Firebird Homes and its partners. Tracie has an established track record with various housing agencies and positively enthusiastic about communities developing together.
Angelina Miller - Homebuy and Marketing Coordinator
Angelina’s vital role is the link to our homebuyers the end users. She is also in close liaison with Estate Agents, Legal & Financial Advisors to ensure that the dwellings Firebird Homes develop are not just efficient buildings but become valued and respected homes. She has a strong sales & marketing background which enables her to provide up to date sales information. Angelina has a warm, welcoming approach with a focus on empowering our customers to make the right choice.
