We strive to establish innovative developments to secure affordable housing through Community Land Trusts, on planning exception sites, and suitable surplus public and or private sector land. By building on the best methods pioneered with our partners, our objectives are to invest and provide affordable housing to rent or buy for local people which in turn will help to secure the future of our rural villages and market towns.
